UK cinema venues
Venue locations are derived in part from © OpenStreetMap contributors, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
Festival funding signals
Where festivals are flagged as funded by the British Film Institute, that signal is derived from publicly released BFI awards data, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Where festivals are flagged as supported by the EU Creative Europe MEDIA programme, that signal is derived from EACEA funding decisions, reused under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU.
Festival metadata
Baseline festival metadata is sourced from the public domain and combined with our own editorial flags. Qualifying-body status (Oscar, BAFTA, FIAPF) reflects published lists by the respective awarding bodies; those facts are not copyrightable and are reproduced for reference.
